Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace465 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), and govern all access to and use of the ace465 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all services, products, and content made available through the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and casual games.

By creating an account with ace465, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ace465 platform.

ace465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. The ace465 platform operates under English-language terms as its authoritative legal document.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold an ace465 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ace465, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not prohibited from using online betting or gaming services under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from ace465 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force;
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not in treatment for, a gambling addiction at the time of registration.

ace465 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable forms of identification include a National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction, ace465 may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals pending verification. Any funds wagered by an underage player may be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

ace465 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local regulations. ace465 does not make representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you access ace465 from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own legal risk and ace465 accepts no liability in that regard.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on ace465. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ace465 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the player and forfeit any funds held in those accounts, including any bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your details change, you must notify ace465 promptly by contacting [email protected].

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ace465 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

ace465 will never contact you via email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any such communication, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace465 immediately. ace465 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have been negligent in protecting your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

ace465 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time — in particular before processing a withdrawal above the standard threshold. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being placed under review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ace465 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in ৳BDT. ace465 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. For certain payment methods and amounts, processing fees charged by the payment provider itself may apply and are beyond ace465's control.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ace465 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly. If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits published in your account panel and applicable payment method limits
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name
• ace465 does not accept deposits from third parties or from anonymous payment sources

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice. Verified accounts receive withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically within seconds of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: as displayed in your account panel
• KYC verification must be complete before withdrawals above the standard threshold are processed
• ace465 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once approved and submitted for processing

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ace465 are subject to these general Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to each betting or gaming category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant product rules as published on the platform.

Sports Betting

Pre-match and live in-play bets are available across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once placed and confirmed
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific rules published for the relevant sport and competition
• ace465 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error or technical fault has occurred
• Maximum payout per bet is subject to the limits displayed in your account panel and may vary by sport and market

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on ace465 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer environments provided by licenced studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within each game's information panel.

Crash Games

Crash games such as Aviator use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by players using the game's seed verification system. ace465 has no ability to influence or manipulate the outcome of any crash game round.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement by contacting [email protected] with your bet ID, the event in question, and a clear description of the dispute. ace465 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. The decision of the ace465 trading team is final on all settlement disputes, subject to demonstrable system error.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace465 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific bonus terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount by which the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be turned over in qualifying bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Players are responsible for reading these terms before accepting any bonus.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently cancelled, voided, or cashed out before settlement do not count towards wagering requirements
• ace465 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to require the return of bonus funds where abuse is suspected

Bonus Abuse

ace465 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to arbitrage betting using bonus funds, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once are all considered bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, ace465 reserves the right to void the bonus, void all winnings derived from it, and close the account involved.

Prohibited Conduct

By using ace465, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ace465.
• Money Laundering: Using ace465 to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable financial crime regulations.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge, or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event for betting purposes. ace465 cooperates with integrity bodies across cricket, football, and other sports.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ace465 account, whether directly or through proxies, agents, or associated third parties.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploitation are void.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games (particularly poker or live table games) to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds and wagering them on the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game or feature without the express written consent of ace465.
• Underage Play: Accessing the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 18.

Account Suspension & Closure

ace465 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion at any time. Where a closure is initiated by ace465 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure at Player Request

You may request to close your ace465 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests related to responsible gaming or self-exclusion are handled by the dedicated responsible gaming team at [email protected] with priority processing.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, ace465 offers a self-exclusion facility. You can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, marketing communications will be stopped, and you will not be permitted to re-register a new account. Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or underage access — ace465 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposits, bonus balances, and any winnings. ace465 may also report the circumstances to relevant payment providers, sports integrity bodies, or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where ace465 considers it appropriate to do so.
